Delete Your Account

We respect your right to delete your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your SignDay account and all associated data.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (fastest)

  1. Open the SignDay app on your device
  2. Sign in to your account
  3. Go to Settings → Delete my account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Your account and all associated data will be scheduled for deletion immediately. The deletion completes within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, send a message to the address below. We will respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification.

Include your account email in the message so we can identify your account. We may ask additional verification questions to confirm your identity before completing the deletion.

None of this retained data is linked to your personal identity and cannot be used to identify you.

⚠️ Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your SignDay account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription separately before (or after) account deletion:

Minor athletes: parental rights

If your SignDay family account includes a minor athlete (age 13-17), the parent or legal guardian who created the Family Account may request review or deletion of the minor's data at any time using the same methods above. Include “COPPA Request” in the subject line to prioritize routing.
